Today I am going to make Hara Lassan paratha.(green garlic leaves paratha). I am sure that you have heard first time this type of paratha ever.
Ya, I am going to make green garlic leaves stuffed paratha. It is my mom special paratha crunchy, crispy, and tasty paratha. Awesome garlick taste of paratha make this paratha differ from other parathas.it sounds unusaul.but true.
You can stuff green garlic in dough and make this very yummy paratha. Fresh Lasan is very good for health. It helps in cough and cold, and also reduces BP and lowers cholestrol. Green Garlic (hara lahsun) its active ingredient, Allicin. This works as a powerful antioxidant to boost your immune system.so taking into consideration the benefits of this hara lasan we should have it in are day to day diet as its very good for are health, I have just used very few ingredients in making these parathas. Green garlic leaves, spring onions. If you like garlic then make it and enjoy the benefits of garlic in natural way in your meal. It goes perfect with curd and aachar/ mithi chutney.

Yields1 Serving

 1 bunch fresh garlic/ lasan leaves
 Few Spring onions
 Chopped coriander
  Salt to taste
 1 tsp Red chilli powder
 1 tbsp Cumin Powder
 1 tbsp Coriander Powder
 1 tsp Parantha Masala
 Wheat Dough
 Ghee
 Makhan/ Butter
For Parantha Masala
 ½ tsp Coriander Seeds
 1 tsp Cumin seeds
 ½ tsp Anardana
 ½ tsp Black pepper
 ½ tsp Amchur powder
 ½ tsp Black Salt
 Salt to taste
 ½ tsp Hing

To make hara lasan paratha, first take bunch of fresh garlic, chop them finely with fresh garlic.

Remove it in a bowl, now chop fresh green spring onion.Add in the bowl.

Now add Chopped coriander, salt to taste, red chilli powder, cumin powder,coriander powder, parantha masala. Mix all ingredients well, keep aside.

Now take wheat dough, roll into flat disc by applying flour.

Now put some filling in it, sprinkle some flour and make into tight ball.

Roll again to flat disc.

Heat griddle/tawa, add ghee and keep the parantha on the tawa. Cook on both the sides by applying ghee.

Remove the parantha put some makhan on top of it and serve hot.
