Manglorean Fish Curry Recipe

Fish curries is very popular in Southern part of India. Today, I am sharing one of the popular recipes of southern India called as Manglorean fish curry. Mangalore Fish Curry is one of my favourite ways to eat fish. It is fantastic paired with neer dosa, sanas or steamed rice. Mangalore, a vibrant city located on the coastal belt of Karnataka, is known for its rich culture, and delicious cuisine.
One of the most known dishes in the city is a good old, authentic fish curry that can be paired with rice. Mangalore fish curry uses coconut and Kokum water along with chilies to make these delicious fish curry. The spices are well-balanced with the fresh coconut to make this delightful Konkan curry. Mangalore Fish Curry is one of my favourite ways to eat fish. It is fantastic paired with neer dosa, sanas or steamed rice. Mangalore is in the state of Karnataka and has a vast coastline.
