Making tiffin for kids can be a hard task as kids like something new and different each time.There is always a question in are mind what to pack in the lunch box this question comes every morning in are mind .To get ideas for preparing tiffin for kids lunch box or snack is one of the challenging tasks for many mothers,especially if the kids are fussy or demanding.As moms we are interested to load their lunch box with nutrition and want to make it more interesting for the kids.i have a collection of recipes which i would like to share with you'll which are good for lunch box ,snack and even for lunch or dinner.i have tried this recipes for my kids and i have shared few recipes that were liked..As a adult we can understand the difficulty of preparing and packing food admits the busy schedule morning, but as far kids are concern they are not like that As they want daily something different as they get bored,and after a while they start bringing the tiffin back without finishing it..
Kids are so different some like to have only rice based dishes some like pasta noodles as they are lazy to chew roti/chapati or bread and they feel rice or noodles can be eaten faster...While some like eating only finger foods like roti or roti rolls or sandwich i just spoke with few mums in my neighborhood i got idea that kids mainly like finger foods like roti rolls,sandwitch or burger,so that they could rush to play in thr leisure time.

First is Potato Tornado This is an exciting and super tasty recipe made with Mr. Potatoes. the recipe is simple but very tasty.
Potatoes with skin are a good source of vitamins and minerals such as potassium and vitamin c. Potatoes are sweet in taste which makes it best friend of kids. hardly , there would be someone who will say no to potatoes. They are grown underground. Potatoes taste great in any form. Their are also high in cards and gives immediate energy. There is a myth that it increases weight. Potatoes are healthy and a source of energy. For sugar patients it is not recommended as they have small amount of sucrose, glucose and fructose.
But this is kids time and kids dont need to worry so lets start making this exciting recipe.And you can serve it with "Mrs. Food rite" sauce as it helps you create magical moments for your family and friends..

For Potato Tornado
 4 Potatoes Boiled
 ½ cup Refined flour
 ½ cup Courn flour
 1 tbsp Red chillie
 Salt to Taste
 1 tbsp Chaat Masala
To Make Peri Peri Masala
 1 tbsp Red Chilli Powder
 ¼ tsp Ginger powder
 ½ tsp Black Salt
  Salt To Taste
 ½ tsp Cinnamon Powder
 1 tsp Sugar Powder
 1 tsp oregano
 ½ tsp Garlic Powder

To make Potato Tornado take 4 whole boiled potatoes, Inset a stick between the potatoes by twisting it.

Cut the potatoes with the help of knife by twisting to make a swir circular shape.

In a bowl add refined flour,cornflour,red chilli powder,salt to taste chat masala. Add little water to make paste.

Now dip the potatoes in the paste from all sides.

In a pan heat oil,deep fry the potatoes in hot oil on medium flame till crisp and golden brown .

Remove the potatoes on a absorbent papaer.

To make peri peri masala mix all the ingredients well and store in a air tight container.
