It also promotes good digestion and better brain and nerve function.And the secondly potato is low in sodium and cholesterol, making it good for the heart. It gives energy to your body throughout the day, so if both the ingredients are together this would be a good idea to have it in your diet. it is best for kids, so I try to include spinach in my kids diet whenever possible.

Its a good substitute to veggie burgers.Another way of enjoying these cutlets is to use them as a patty for burgers as they compliment the layers of onions, tomatoes and other sauces very well.It is a great snack to enjoy on a rainy day and can also be served as a tea-time snack.

 1 Bunch Spinach
 1 tsp Salt
 1 tsp Sugar
 1 tsp Oil
 1 tsp Cumin seeds
 1 tsp Ginger, chopped
 1 Green chilli
 ¼ cup Green capsicum , chopped
 ¼ cup Peas, boiled
 Boiled potatoes
 1 tbsp Mint, chopped
 ½ cup Oats, powdered
 Salt to taste
 1 tbsp Coriander powder
 1 tsp Cumin powder
 1 tsp Red chilli powder
 1 tsp Dry mango powder
 Oil
 2 tbsp Mrs Foodrite Mayonnaise
 1 tsp Green chutney
 Salt
 ½ tsp Lemon juice

In vessel keep water to boil, then add spinach salt and sugar, remove the spinach in ice cold water .

In pan, add oil to heat.Add cumin seeds, allow to crackle then add chopped ginger,green chilli,Mix well

Now add chopped green capsicum, boiled peas. Mix well

Add the boiled spinach salt to taste, remove and allow to cool.

Now in a mixture grinder, grind all the masala to paste.

In bowl In bowl add the paste,boiled potatoes chopped mint, powdered oats,salt to taste, coriander powder,cumin powder,red chilli powder, dry mango powder .Mix all the ingredients well

Now apply water to hands and take small portion of the mixture and flatten it to form patty.

In a frying pan heat oil, place the patty on medium flame shallow fry both the sides of the patty till brown and crisp

Remove the patties in absorbent paper.

To make dip take Mrs Foodrite Mayonnaise, green chutney, salt, lemon juice.Mix and keep aside

Place the cutlets and serve with the dip
