 1 tbsp Oil
 A Pinch of Asafoetida
 1 tbsp Cumin Seeds
 1 tbsp Garlic, crushed
 3 Green Chilli, crushed

 1 tsp Red Chilli Powder

 12 Tomato, chopped

Wash moongre/ sengri then chop top and bottom first and then cut into small size pieces

Peel potato and chop into small pieces

Heat oil in a heavy bottom wide pan and add asafoetida.
