This bangda fish fry requires just a few spoons of oil to cook in tawa and fish has its own oil to cook. This Bangda Fish Fry recipe is very easy and quick to prepare. You can serve this Bangda Fish Fry as a starter during a relaxed Sunday lunch and you will end up making it every week on request.It can be made with very few ingredients at home and enjoy your meal. First cut all the fins and tails of the fishes and clean the fish completely wash then properly.
Remove in a plate add salt , lemon juice, ginger garlic paste, red chilli powder, turmeric powder. Massage the fish completely from all the sides.
In a plate add rawa, rice flour, red chilli powder, salt mix well. Now roll the fish in this mixture.
Heat oil in a pan, place the fish, cook the fish from both sides till it turns crisp and brown.
Remove and serve hot.
