Coconut Laadu is special indian recipe.basically a round or ball shaped indian sweet or fudge prepared from fresh or desiccated coconut powder with milk and sugar acting for moist and sweetness.
Heat a pan. Add 250 gms/2 cup of Dessicated Coconut.
Dry roast till nutty aroma is released
Add 5 tbsp of Sugar
Then add 120 ml / 1 cup Condensed Milk
Mix the mixture well
Add 2 tbsp Pistachio, Chopped
Again mix the mixture well
Then remove and allow the mixture to cool
After the mixture is cooled. Add 2 tbsp of Ghee and mix the mixture again
Then take pistachio and make small balls of them
Ready to serve
