You can make this milk masala powder in bulk and use it whenever required.. E.g. During festivals like kojagiri poornima which is celebrated in maharashtra, masala doodh is usually made.

 2 tbsp Almonds
 2 tbsp Pistachio
 2 tbsp Dry dates
 1 tbsp Cashenuts
 2 Green Cardomon
 1 tsp Fennel Seeds
 4 Black Pepper
 Nutm
 Saffron Strands

Take a pan

Add Almonds roast and remove aside

Then add Pistachio roast and remove aside

Now add Dry dates roast and remove aside

Add Cashew nuts roast and remove aside

Add all the ingredients to mixer. Grind the powder

Store in an airtight container
