 500 g Jackfruit
 2 tbsp Oil
 1 tbsp Oil
 1 tsp Cumin seeds
 1 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
 3 Tomatoes, pureed

 14 tsp Turmeric powder
 1 tsp Coriander Powder
 1 tsp Dry Mango Powder
 Coriander Leaves, chopped

Apply oil on palm and remove the skin of jackfruit, cut them into cubes.

Heat oil in a pan, add the cut jackfruit and cook till crisp.

Meanwhile in another vessel heat oil, add cumin, ginger garlic paste cook till raw smell disappears.

Now add tomato puree paste and cook till it releases oil.

Add salt to taste, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander Powder, dry mango powder.

Mix well and cover and cook the masala till done.

Now check the jackfruit and transfer it to the tomato masala mix well and cover and cook till done.

Garnish it with coriander leaves and serve.
