 500 g Mutton
 Salt to taste
 ½ tsp Turmeric Powder
 2 tbsp Oil
 2 Bay Leaf
 45 Cloves
 4 Green Cardamom
 1 stick Cinnamon
 2 Black Cardamom
 34 Onions, sliced
 1 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste.
 Salt to taste
 1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
 ½ tsp Turmeric Powder
 1 tbsp Coriander Powder
 1 cup Curd
 2 Shalgam/ Turnip, sliced
 1 cup Tomatoes, chopped

Wash the mutton pieces thoroughly ,add salt, turmeric powder mix it well and keep aside to marinate.

In a cooker heat oil, add bay leaf, cloves, green cardamom, cinnamon stick, black cardamom.Allow all the spices to cook. Add sliced onions.

Cook the onions on medium flame till it turns brown.

Add ginger garlic paste, cook the paste till the raw smell goes away.

Now add salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder.Mix all the spices into the masala. Add the marinated mutton pieces
