Toady i am back with my kids special the name which i thought of keeping is Chota Bheem as you might be aware that Chota Bheem is a favorite cartoon of children, children like to be like Chota Bheem who is so talented and solves all the problems instantly. So why not we not make are children so smart and talented as Chota Bheem, so I am presenting you this Healthy ladoo recipe Healthy ladoo? I know… sounds like an oxymoron. Is there even such a thing? But my main goal with this recipe was to create a sweet for children, so that, they can eat this ladoos for health reasons.
These are not authentic (like, at all), but they absolutely hit the spot when you’re craving something bad for you. Make this instant ladoo recipe with only Four ingredients for your kids. Its super easy and also mouth watering.
Healthy ladoo or Chota Bheem Ladoo,often touted as a healthy dessert in the winter months, carries a lot of ghee and jaggery. Why not replace that with a much healthier version? Here I use Almonds, and Edible gum to make a healthy ladoo that you can make for your friends and family. Edible gum/ gond are a rich, delicious, and wholesome sweet treat enjoyed during the winters in north India. It is the benefit of Edible gum/ gond that made these Laddoos more common during the winters. It provides warmth not only to our taste buds but also to our body. Whole wheat flour, almonds,ghee and gond are the key ingredients used to make these energy balls. It will be the perfect dessert for you to make this Diwali. Yields1 Serving

 3 cups Ghee
 2 cups Wheat flour
 ¼ cup Water
 1 ½ cups Jaggery
 Edible gum/ gond
 1 tsp Cardamom powder
 1 cup Almonds, chopped

For Chota Bheem Ladoo Firstly, heat water add jaggery. Melt the jaggery and keep aside.

For the Edible gum, heat ghee in a pan, add Edible gum and fry till it fluffs up.Remove and grind to powder.

In in a pan heat ghee, add wheat flour.Cook on low flame till it turns golden.Keep stirring the flour as it might stick at bottom.

Check the flour, if its golden ,add the gond and mix friskly.

Add the Jaggery water simultaneously and mix well.

Now add cardamom powder, chopped almonds.Mix till all the things get incorporated.

Cool the mixture till warm.Grease the hands and prepare ladoos.

Store in an airtight box.
