Yields1 Serving

 250 g Paneer
 1 tbsp Cornflour
 2 Refined Flour
 Salt to taste
 1 tsp Pepper
 1 Dry red chilli, broken
 2 tbsp Garlic, chopped
 1 tbsp Ginger, chopped
 2 Onion, diced and separate
 3 Green Chilli, cut in diagnols
 ½ cup Green capsicum, diced
 ½ cup Yellow bell pepper, diced
 ½ cup Red bell pepper, diced
 1 tsp Green chilli sauce.
 1 tsp Sweet Chilli Sauce
 ½ tsp Pepper Powder
 ¼ Spring onions, greens

Firstly cut the Paneer into cubes

In a bowl add cornflour, refined flour, salt, pepper, add little water to make thick paste.

Now dust the paneer pieces with cornflour.

Now dip the paneer in the batter and mix well.

In a pan, heat oil and deep fry the paneer cubes to golden brown and remove on an absorbent paper.

Now in a pan heat oil, add dry red chilli, chopped garlic, chopped ginger.Mix well till brown.

Add in onions, green chillies. Saute till translucent.

Add in green capsicum, yellow bell pepper, red bell pepper.Mix and cook for 5 minutes.

Now add in green chilli sauce, sweet chilli sauce, pepper powder, salt to taste. Mix well.

Now add in a slurry of cornflour mixed in water an cook for few minutes.

Then add in the paneer pieces and toss well.Add spring onion greens and mix well.
