Today I am back with Two recipes of panner i.e Paneer masala and Paneer frankie, both are very famous dishes in Indian cuisine.I think so that this is the most famous Paneer recipe. We generally like this kind of dishes with rich gravy. It is a rich and thick gravy, full of flavors, and a good amount of paneer. If you are found of Paneer, you must try this dish at least once. In this recipe i have used Chef Solutions Onion Tomato Masala which is a base gravy which can be used for making Indian Gravies. Chef Solutions Onion Tomato Masala is a flavorful sauce made up of tomato paste, water, sugar, cashew nut, garlic, and mixed spices.Also, you can cook chicken masala, corn capsicum masala, aloo masala, rajma, cholay, chicken curry, mutton curry, and many such dished with this masala. It’s the base to a lot of Indian dishes and by using it, you can significantly reduce the cook time for many Indian recipes. Paneer is a very famous ingredient. It can be used in sweet as well as gravy dishes. As paneer is more popular in main dishes like Palak Paneer Masala,, Paneer Kofta etc., it can be used to make healthy and delicious snack as well In this Paneer Frankie recipe the filling that I have used is kid friendly and nutritious. To preparing this dish, fresh Paneer should be preferable used. The paneer Frankie wraps will be delicious if the Paneer is fresh. So Let’s see the procedure to make this Paneer masala and Paneer Frankie recipe.

In a pan heat oil, add chef solution onion tomato masla, salt to taste, red chilli powder, coriander powder.Mix the masla well.
Add little water and cook the masala, add fresh cream mix it well.
Add the paneer pieces and mix gently.
Garnish with coriander leaves, add fenugreek leaves
Heat wheat chapati on tawa/griddle, apply ghee and flip.
Place paneer masla in center, grate some processed cheese, sprinkle some chaat masla, spread some green chutney .
Garnish with some onion rings and chopped coriander.Fold to make Frankie.
Remove and serve hot.
