Generally,this is served as the main course or as a side dish or starter too. Usually it tastes good with neer dosa or appams. Here in today’s recipe i have made dosa which goes well with prawns. Also i have shared how to make masala at home which you can prepare and use to make chicken, mutton recipes too. This Prawn ghee roast recipe is distinctive and it will be one of those recipes that you will love to cook again and again. The ghee roast masala paste looks taste when it’s roasted in the hot ghee and gives the best fragrance that's mind blowing.The use of red dry chilies is what makes the homemade ghee roast masala paste red in color. And that lip-smacking taste comes from the use of garlic & peppercorns. And not to forget the fenugreek seeds, mustard, cumin, coriander that combine to give this recipe the significant depth of flavors. Yields1 Serving

 500 g Prawns
 12 tbsp emon Juice
 12 cups Curd
 810 Whole Red Chillies
 1 tbsp Coriander Seeds
 Cumin Seeds
 1 tsp Pepper
 12 tsp Cloves
 12 tsp Fenugreek Seeds
 67 Garlic
 1 tbsp Tamarind
 2 tbsp Ghee
 1 Spring Curry Leaves
 Salt To taste
 1 cup Dosa Batter
 Salt
 1 Ghee

Wash the prawns and remove the black tail.

Now in a bowl marinate the prawn with, turmeric powder, lemon juice, curd mix well and keep aside.

Heat a pan and dry roast red chilies and keep aside, now add coriander seeds, coriander seeds, pepper, cloves, fenugreek seeds roast them and remove aside.

Now in a mixer grinder add all the ingredients, garlic pods, tamarind add little water and make a paste.

In a pan heat ghee, add curry leaves when it crackles add the paste and mix well and cook for few minutes.

Add salt accordingly, add little water and cook well.

Now add the marinated prawns and mix well.

Cover and cook for 10 minutes on low flame. Open the lid and check the prawns.

Add a spring of curry leaves garnish with some coriander leaves and keep aside.

Now to make dosa, firstly add little salt in batter.

Heat a griddle, pour some batter and swirl around, drizzle some ghee and cook from both sides.

Now serve ghee roast prawns with dosa.
