 50 g Fresh Prawns/ Jhinga
 1 tbsp Fresh Ginger garlic paste
 1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
 2 tsp Cumin powder
 1 Fresh Lemon Juice
 Salt to taste
 2 tbsp Cornflour
 2 tbsp Gram flour
 Oil for deep frying

Peel and devein the prawns, remove the black thread of the prawns wash well and pat dry.

Remove the prawns in a bowl add ginger garlic paste, red chilli powder, cumin powder, lemon Juice, salt to taste, cornflour, gram flour.Add little water and mix well.

Now marinate the prawns in this mixture for about 30 mins.

Heat a kadhai with sufficient oil for deep frying, till hot.

Deep fry prawns in small batches in hot oil.

Fry till the prawns turn golden brown, on both sides, on medium flame.

Drain the fried prawns completely in a absorbent tissue paper.
