Today i am back with Ratalu chaat recipe Ratalu also known as Sweet potatoes, are only a distant relative of regular potatoes they are sweet in taste and are mostly eaten during fast . it is different from white potato even though they belong to a completely different family .But if we compare ratalu with other vegetables in terms of fiber and nutrition, the sweet potato ranked highest in complex carbohydrates, dietary fiber, beta carotene a vitamin A equivalent nutrient , vitamin C, and vitamin B6. As it’s full of nutrition so we should add it in are diet. So i have shown youll ratalu chaat recipe which is super easy and healthy Ratalu Chaat recipe. You can serve it as an appetizer or a side salad so lets see the procedure to make this recipe.

 400 g Ratalu,Sweet Potato
 1 Curry leaves
 Salt
 1 tbsp Red Chili powder
 1 tsp Chaat masala
 23 Green chillies
 1 cup Coriander
 2 tbsp Ghee

Wash thoroughly, boil, peel and cut sweet potatoes into cubes.

Heat ghee in a pan add curry leaves, cumin seeds let it splutter.

Now add green chillies, ratallu pieces and mix well and fry till crisp.

Now add salt to taste, chat masala, red chilli powder sauté it well.

Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
