Today i have prepared Sabudana fingers recipe. A Sabudana finger is one of the healthy and easy recipes. It is a maharashtrian snacks which is very tasty and full of flavors. It is made during the fasting days. This sabudana fingers i have made with mashed potatoes which are mixed in sabudana and crushed peanuts which makes a great tea-time snack.It is very easy and simple and easy to make if you have soaked sabudana at home. The sabudana should be soaked properly then it can be made properly it should be soaked for at least 4 hours. then i have mixed it in potatoes, crushed groundnut, green chillies etc.I have also shown how to make dip for the sabudana fingers.its made with mixture of curd, groundnut,red chilli,sugar this goes well along with the sabudana fingers,So lets see the procedure to make this recipe.

Yields1 Serving

 2 cups Sabudana, soaked for 4 hours
 45 Potatoes, boiled and mashed
 12 cups Groundnut, roasted, peeled and crushed
 Green Chillies, chopped
 1 cup Coriander, chopped
 1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
 Salt to taste
 1 tsp Cumin Seeds, crushed
 1 tsp Sugar
 12 Lemon, juice
 Oil to deep fry
For chutney
 1 cup Curd
 1 tsp Powdered Sugar
 12 tsp Red Chilli Powder
 1 tsp Roasted Cumin Powder
 Salt to taste
 2 tbsp Powdered Groundnut,
 Chopped Coriander

In a bowl take the sabudana and mix the potatoes well in the mixture.

Now add ground nut, chopped green chilies, chopped coriander, red chilli powder, salt , crushed cumin seeds, sugar, lemon juice.

Mix all the ingredients well to form dough.

Now in a pipping bag, push some prepared mixture and cut the bag from ahead.

Now heat oil, start pressing the mixture to form fingers and cut.

Deep fry till crisp and golden.

Once done remove in a absorbent paper.

For Chutney

In a bowl add curd, powdered Sugar, red chilli powder,roasted cumin powder, salt to taste, powdered groundnut, chopped coriander mix all the ingredients well.

And serve with sabudana fingers.
