All of us like the smooth and silky makhani gravy or in palak gravy.But paneer is also liked if made in Chinese dishes.So i am sure you will like this schezwaan chilli paneer This Schezwan chilli paneer recipe is simple, easy and quick to prepare if you have paneer and Schezwan sauce ready. This is a gravy version and goes very well with veg fried rice or veg noodles. So let’s see the procedure to make this recipe.


 1 tbsp Oil
 1 cup Paneer, cut in cubes
 12 tbsp Turmeric powder
 Salt to taste
 1 tbsp Red Chilli Powder
 1 tbsp White pepper Powder
For Schezwan Chilli Paneer Sauce
 2 tbsp Oil
 1 tbsp Garlicr, chopped
 1 tbsp Ginger, chopped
 1 cup Onions, diced in cubes
 1 cup Green Capsicum, diced
 34 Green Chillies, slit from middle
 23 Red Chillies, slit from middle
 1 cup Spring Onions
 2 tbsp Schezwan Sauce
 1 tbsp Hot and sweet Tomato Ketchup
 1 tbsp Red Chilli Sauce
 12 tbsp Soya Sauce
 Salt to taste
 12 tbsp White pepper powder
 1 tbsp Corn flour slurry
 12 cups Spring Onions, chopped

In pan heat oil add the paneer cubes, salt, turmeric powder, red chilli powder white pepper powder mix well and let it cook for few minutes.

To Make Schezwan Chilli Paneer Sauce

Now in wok heat oil, add garlic, ginger and stir fry.


Keep on checking the paneer whether it’s done or not and switch off the flame.


Now add onions, capsicum and saute well for 30 seconds.


Now add green chillies, red chillies, spring onions again sauté for few minutes.


Now add szehwaan sauce, hot and sweet tomato ketchup, red chilli sauce, soya sauce, salt, white pepper powder and sauté well for few minutes.


Now add corn flour slurry mix well, add spring onions, fried paneer cubes and stir fry.


Serve hot by garnishing with spring onion.
