 Shenga shenga Sticks
 Salt
 ½ Turmeric powder
 1 tbsp Oil
 1 tsp Cumin Seeds
 1 tsp Mustard Seeds
 2 Onion, chopped
 1 tbsp Ginger, garllic, coriander paste
 Salt
 1 tbsp Coriander Powder
 A Pinch of Turmeric powder
 1 tbsp Kala masla
 1 cup Groundnut Powder
 1 cup Water
 2 Potatoes, diced
 Coriander, chopped

Rinse, peel and chop the Shevgyachya shenga into 3 to 4 inches pieces long.

Heat some water in a pan and add salt and turmeric powder to it , cook the shevgyachya shenga in the boiling water for 4-5 minutes.

Off the flame and Keep in hot water for 10 minutes.

Heat oil in kadai, add cumin seeds, mustard seeds.Allow it to splutter.Add chopped onions.Cook the onions till light brown.

Add ginger, garlic, coriander paste and mix well add salt to taste, coriander powder, turmeric powder.Mix well and cook till masala leaves oil.

Add kala masala, groundnut powder, water.Mix well and cook the masala.

Now add potatoes, boiled shevga mix well.

Add water and cover and cook on low flame for 15-20 minutes.put some water over the plate.Remove the plate and mix well.
