For Spring roll Sheets
 1 cup Refined Flour
 1 cup Water, cold
 1 tsp Baking Powder
 Salt To Taste
For Filling
 1 cup Noodles
 Corn flour Paste
 Oil to Deep Fry

In a bowl add refined flour, water, salt, baking powder and Whisk well to avoid lumps, rest the batter for 5 minutes.

The consistency of batter has to be semi thick.

Meanwhile heat a flat pan, apply butter and wipe it.

Now swirl some batter to thin round. Allow to cook.
Flip and cook and remove.

Now make some spring roll sheets, arrange some left over noodles fold it like a wrap, seal edges with corn flour paste. And keep aside.

Now heat oil to deep fry, drop the spring roll and deep fry till crisp.
Remove on an absorbent paper and serve hot.
