Today i am back with a different style of vada paav recipe called as vada paav quesadill .A quesadilla is basically a mexican-style stuffed paratha. It is very yummy. It can be served with any chutney. It is a Mexican dish and a type of taco consisting of a tortilla that is filled stuffing of cheese, meats, beans, and then cooked on griddle. So today i have just showed you the Maharashtraian street food (vada pav) into a an innovative and amazing dish and sharing with you. Now in this recipe I have first made a filling of vada paav masla using potatoes and also shown a recipe of dry chutney and then I have taken 2 chapatis and have filled the stuffing over it sprinkled some chutney and heated it over a griddle so that it becomes crispy and then cut it into small triangle it tastes so yummy and tasty and I am sure you will like having it just try making it .So lets see the procedure to make this vada Pav quesadilla recipe.

For Vada Paav Masala
 1 tsp Oil
 1 tsp Cumin Seeds
 1 tsp Mustard Seeds
 1 tbsp Garlic , green chili, crushed
 1 Onion, chopped
 Few Curry leaves
  Salt To taste
 1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
 12 tsp Turmeric Powder
 Coriander, chopped
 5 Potatoes, boiled and mashed
 1 tsp Lemon juice
For Chutney
 1 cup Desiccated Coconut, roasted
 56 Kashmiri dry chillies
 12 Groundnut, roasted
 56 Garlic, tossed in oil
 2 Chapati

To Make Vada Paav Masala

In pan heat oil, add cumin seeds, mustard seeds, crushed garlic and green chilli and sauté till it leaves flavors.

Now add chopped onions and cook it for another minute.

Then add curry leaves, salt to taste, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, chopped coriander, mix well an remove from flame and allow to cool.

Now in a bowl add boiled potatoes, add the masala and mix well, add lemon juice mix again till its combined well.

To Make Chutney

In a mixer grinder add coconut, groundnut and grind it to powder. Remove in a bowl.

Now in the same grinder add red chillies and grind to powder. And add in the bowl.

Then grind garlic and add over it add salt mix well and keep aside.

To Make Vada Paav Quesadilla

Take 2 chapattis, add green chutney on one side, and then place some red chutney over it then spread the potato mixture evenly sprinkle some chopped onions , sprinkle some red chutney. Cover with another chapatti.

Heat a griddle, apply ghee on over roti and place it over griddle.

On a low flame cook on both the sides of roti till crisp.

Remove and cut into triangles and serve hot with chutney.
